5th of March marks the day Jeong book with Phaidon was officially published, and the first event for the book was hosted by Korean Culture Centre UK.The talk consisted (almost) 3 years journey of making the book - from pitching the story, collecting materials, going for a very unplanned shoot in rural Korea, and printing over 200 objects and going through them all on the floor of Phaidon office. Jeong book isn’t just about Korean craft and design - it dives a little deeper into Korean cultural journey and is a personal love letter to my motherland - Korea. Thank you everyone who came to listen to the talk, and thank you Korean Culture Centre UK for making this even happen - and thank you Phaidon for all the support.
